How to Control Noise Pollution in the Workplace
Noise pollution poses a serious threat to several companies. - Employees are to be offered free hearing tests. They should regularly be subjected to tests for assessing hearing loss in case they are getting exposed to noise pollution at high levels. They may even have to be moved to a different department in your organization if they feel the negative effects due to noise pollution.
